Your new company
Our education client in Nottingham are currently looking for a HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC before they begin recruitment for the permanent position which you would be welcome to apply for.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner your role will be to build and maintain influential relationships with senior leaders in the organisation and be a trusted advisor. You will provide HR solutions that link to business plans and strategic objectives and mentor and coach others to support colleagues and managers.

You will be the trusted strategic HR Business Partner for the area of the organisation advising, coaching, influencing and challenging senior management on performance management, organisational design and development, change management and strategic resourcing. You will lead and participate in projects, delivering business objectives and initiatives.

This is a 6 month fixed term position with hybrid working (2-3 days from home) and they are flexible to consider part time hours from 29 hours/4 days a week with excellent benefits (see below)

What you'll need to succeed
For this post our client are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has experience working in a complex unionised environment and experience in project and change management. A CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above is essential along with experience in ER & coaching & development.

You will have the ability to persuade and influence in a complex environment and a proven ability to plan, organise and deliver in tight deadlines to meet operational standards.
