Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this growing Global Technology Organisation with UK bases in Aztec West - Bristol, Hemel Hempstead and Cambridge to recruit a highly experienced Senior L&D Manager to build a specialist development function within the HR team.

Reporting to the Chief HR Officer, you'll be a member of the Global HR Leadership team working closely with Senior Leaders to drive and develop the L&D strategy to move forward the learning culture across the business as a whole. You will have responsibility and accountability for all elements of learning and development and you'll develop the L&D strategy, implementing specialist learning programmes. With experience in Leadership development, design and delivery you will work collaboratively with Senior Leaders and Executives to build forward-thinking frameworks that ensure Employees are skilled and able to deliver our and future needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop the L&D strategy
* Implement specialist learning programmes
* Develop and deliver high-quality expert training
* Determine and assess Employee training and development needs
* Collaborate with Executive Stakeholders and Senior Leaders
* Be involved in budget planning and management
* Assess the effectiveness and success of all training programmes
* Work with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery and achievement of training requirements that feed into personal development objectives
* Ensure effective apprenticeship management
* Be responsible for provision of mentorship programme

We have been tasked to search for an accomplished Senior L&D Manager with the desire to develop and implement expert learning programmes and frameworks. You will have the ability to influence effectively, collaborating with Executive level Stakeholders and working closely with Senior Leaders to establish specific learning requirements. You will be able to handle multiple projects and juggle priorities while working toward timely delivery. Most of all, you will enjoy what you are doing and take pride in your work.

Previous experience working in the technology sector would be beneficial.
