Job Details

I am delighted to be working once again with this leading national charity who are now seeking an outstanding Head of Reward and Benefits to join them on a permanent basis.

This new role offers a fantastic opportunity for a proven reward and benefits subject matter expert to bring their vision and technical expertise to drive forward and shape the development and implementation of a new reward and benefit strategy for a large and complex organisation. As Head of Reward and Benefits you'll also influence, design and implement the innovative, agile and compliant reward policies and services required to support the organisation to attract and retain a high performing workforce, through an immediate period of change and into the future.

To be considered for this exciting career challenge you'll need to be a highly credible and influential reward specialist with significant experience of designing, leading and implementing reward and benefits strategies, gained within a complex stakeholder landscape. You will also need to be comfortable owning the role of Reward & Benefits subject matter expert for an organisation, providing comprehensive advice and support to managers and staff and operating in a stand-alone capacity.

In addition you will also ideally demonstrate:

Experience of supporting Remuneration Committees (Remco) and Corporate Governance, including preparation and presentation of board papers

Experience of managing a full, organisation-wide UK gender pay gap reporting

Experience of delivering people management support to significant change programmes, including co-designing solutions

Experience of working with technology solutions and leveraging their capability to deliver the people strategy

Up to date knowledge and practical experience of legislation and compliance relating to reward and benefits

This role offers a high degree of flexibility around working arrangements and my client is open to discussion around your individual need for working flexibility. Ideally you will be able to blend regular office and home based working with office locations available in London, Birmingham, Leeds and Cardiff.
