* Conduct salary bench marking
* Support HR Business Partners through the salary and bonus review process
* Manage the delivery of our EMEA benefits programs,
* Run the benefit renewal activity
* Analyse Gender Pay Gap reporting and make recommendations based on findings
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

* Experienced professional in benefits procedures and processes, with a proven track record of designing, implementing and managing a broad range of benefits across multiple jurisdictions
* Ability to lead and manage reward and benefits projects from design through to implementation
* Proficient in project management related to benefits administration and salary review processes
* Confident communicator, able to present and articulate new ideas and proposals to senior leaders
* Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel
* Experience of a Flexible Benefit system, in particular Darwin (Thomsons) is desirable
