As interim HR Business Partner, you will support both blue and white collar client groups in a generalist remit, including change management, ER, recruitment and Training.

The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of operating as an HR BP in a fast paced commercial environment. You will be able to demonstrate experience of change management and managing complex employee relations case work across both blue and white collar multi site employees. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice, commit to a 6 month FTC and can work from the London office in a hybrid manner of 3 days per week.
