Job Details
You will play a key role in process review, ensuring that HR systems work as optimally as possible, whilst championing HR process automation and recommending continual development of HR systems and processes to ensure they aid continuous service improvement.
This role will also hold responsibility for the provision of timely and accurate management information to support management decision making, whilst working closely with colleagues across HR and ICT on how to enhance information and insight provision across the organisation.
Initially a fixed term contract on offer but highly likely to become a permanent role in the longer term.
