Job Details

We are urgently looking to recruit an experienced HR Systems Lead for a long term contract, working with our prestigious London based client. Reporting into the Head of department, you will be responsible for managing a small team to lead on HR system improvement projects, whilst liaising closely with relevant colleagues across the business.

You will play a key role in process review, ensuring that HR systems work as optimally as possible, whilst championing HR process automation and recommending continual development of HR systems and processes to ensure they aid continuous service improvement.



This role will also hold responsibility for the provision of timely and accurate management information to support management decision making, whilst working closely with colleagues across HR and ICT on how to enhance information and insight provision across the organisation.



Initially a fixed term contract on offer but highly likely to become a permanent role in the longer term.
