Head of HR Operations

One of the most recognised consultancy brands are looking for a Head of HR Operations who can operationally lead a department of over 200 staff.

Your new role

You will be leading the delivery of both support and administrative services across the UK Business. Overarching management of department such as HR Administration, Onboarding, Referencing, and Interview Scheduling. A large portion of this job will be acting as the partner bridging the gap between the business and the HR operations teams.

You will be responsible for:


* Ownership of HR operational budget
* Delivery of key SLA's to the business
* Managing 3rd part providers and feeding back on improvement, heading up projects and managing external relationships
* Manage change, ensure that all communication is efficiently rolled out internally within HR operations team and with the wider business
* Oversee the delivery of timely, effective and high quality service
* Manage and review the performance of the 3rd parties based on agreed contractual SLAs and performance measures

What you'll need to succeed

This role is excellent for someone who is operationally astute, who thrives in fast paced and demanding environment.


* User knowledge of ServiceNow or Workday
* Management of HR operations teams of a minimum of 50+
* Experience of streamlining process, improving efficiencies and resolution control
* Ability to maintain and manage vendor budgets against commercial terms and the operations budget against the plan
* A Transformation leader driving to deliver the transformation across HR
* Experience of working within a matrix organisation
* Demonstrates personal presence and earns trust and respect
