Your new role
You will be supporting the HR Director in delivering the strategy and shape and embed the culture of the brand. Provide partnering service to the business and support the stakeholders and managers with complex issues. You will cover succession planning, organisation design, and support change within the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have come from a fast-paced environment within the Retail sector Demonstrable business partnering and senior influencing skills Advanced experience in employee engagement and retention, organisational development, employee relations and performance management
