Your new role
Reporting to the COO, you will work across the global matrix structure to help review global HR capability and ways of working. The organisation have been through significant change over recent years and are now at a vital stage in their transformation to ensure their HR team are able to effectively support the organisation. You will be using your skills and knowledge across Organisational Development, Change & Transformation and Strategic Resource Planning

What you'll need to succeed
Your knowledge and experience in the global/international arena will allow you to make credible, cost effective suggestions on how best to support the organisation. We are looking for a strong influencer who can naturally champion in depth ED&I practices across equity, anti-racism and global in-equality. Experience of working within a charity or NGO organisation would be a huge advantage, but is not essential for someone with the experience of HR transformation and ED&I.

What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for either an interim consultant who is looking for something impressive to add to their portfolio in the HR transformation world. As its a minimum of 12-18 months work, it would also be a great opportunity for someone working at a Senior HR/ED&I/Change arena who is looking for a step up. The organisation work pretty much remotely, with travel to the Oxford HQ expected to be required circa 1 or 2 days a month. There is no need to travel internationally with this role.
