Your new role
In this role you will support HR Directors and Business through developing and championing a learning, performance and talent intervention strategies. This position works across the entirety of the organisation in addition to other HR Centres of Expertise to help supplement the execution of the plan. This role is responsible for, business partnering, building skills and talent, driving a learning and performance culture and cultivating internal and external relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
As an experienced Talent Development professional you will have the confidence to build new relationships, influence and challenge stakeholders whilst balancing group dynamics. You must be well versed in the psychometric assessment tools and can apply various coaching techniques. It's preferred that applicants show experience in driving meaningful organisational outcomes. You will be available on short notice (they can wait up to one month).
