Meet the recruiter: Angela Richmond, Adam

Tell us about Adam.
Founded in 2006, Adam is an HR, digital and marketing recruitment consultancy firm, based in both Manchester and London. What advice would you give to a professional who is looking to build their career quickly?
You should seek out inspirational HR leaders and build expertise in managing the stakeholder relationship. You should also seek out opportunities to get involved in a broad range of projects, demonstrating energy, passion and vigour- but, importantly, making sure those achievements are recognised! Finally, it’s important that you manage your own development closely, asking for constructive feedback and seeking out development opportunities regularly.
