Head of Engagement
Impact’s Engagement function is accountable for innovative design, world-class delivery and operational excellence. Responsibilities include progressively managing resources, infrastructure and quality systems to ensure our learning solutions and methodologies combine the best in market-leadership, sustainability, outstanding quality and safe practice.
The role includes ensuring that the right consultants and support team are engaged in developing and delivering our pioneering programmes and that they are deployed effectively and profitably. Other responsibilities include, leading the strategic provision of resources and facilities; managing capacity and budgets; ensuring excellent, safe, efficient and effective service and systems, innovative experiential methodologies.
This is an exciting opportunity within our business for an individual who has a passion for creating sustainable enterprise. The successful candidate will have a track record in leading and managing complex multi-faceted operations. Understanding and managing multiple stakeholders effectively whilst inspiring and developing people to succeed.
