Cambridge Women’s Aid has been supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse for over 40 years. We offer information, advice and practical as well as emotional support to women affected by domestic abuse. Our outreach service covers Cambridge City, East Cambridgeshire and South Cambridgeshire. The charity also provides safe and secure accommodation in our refuge to women and children in need of a place of safety. Established in 1977, we are experts in our field, and we bring our knowledge and expertise to the wider aim of ending violence against women and girls. We recognise and challenge intersecting forms of oppression, and are always led by the rights and needs of women.
