Currently employing c.650 people, the business is at a critical point in its evolution with ambitious growth plans.

This is an exceptional opportunity to be the organisation’s first HR Director, leading a small team, reporting to the CEO and working as an integral member of the Senior International Leadership team.

A graduate, you will be a senior generalist HR practitioner, with a business partnering mindset, and track record of commercially focused, pragmatic delivery across all HR disciplines. You will want to retain a ‘hands on’ and operational  approach and be driven to create an efficient, leading edge function whilst at the same time, be ready to step up and be accountable for shaping the  HR strategy and bringing your intellect,  commercial acumen and  impartial discernment to the leadership table.

Your experience will ideally have been gained in blend of large ,international ,sophisticated, commercial businesses superimposed upon smaller, nimble ,fast paced businesses. Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or FMCG environments would be ideal as would experience of supporting ‘end to end’ business operations including R&D, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing and Support functions.

Personable, credible and proactive , you will have a proven array of highly effective leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills with the presence and intellect to influence at all levels, across a range of cultures and geographies.
