Our client has an opportunity for an organised and driven individual with experience in an HR administration role to provide exceptional support to the Learning and Development Manager. Commercially astute, you will understand the importance of recruiting the best talent and ensuring that training is readily available for individuals to reach their full potential. You will coordinate their internal talent programmes, maintaining the talent register to ensure that training programmes and qualifications are being followed. You will monitor costs against the budget, keeping all course details up to date on the system and highlighting any discrepancies. Customer-focussed, you will be adept at building good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent, you will be an expert in HRMS processes and systems and will have knowledge of HR KPIs. You will have a strong HR administration background and will ideally be studying towards a CIPD qualification. You will be adept at juggling a variety of duties simultaneously and will be adaptable to sudden changes in the priorities. You will have an awareness of budget and costs to help maximise the efficiency and quality.
