Are you a proactive individual who has a passion for service excellence and continuous improvement?

Do you have experience of working effectively as a HR professional in a people focussed organisation?

Do you have up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice?

If the answer to all of these is ‘yes’ then ourlclient welcome your application for the above post.

This is a challenging role which requires an individual who can provide expert HR knowledge and guidance across all areas of HR, including resource planning, recruitment and selection, engagement and retention, reward and employee relations in order to maximise individual and business performance.

On a day to day basis you will provide a market leading end to end HR service for the allocated business(s) as well as providing the strategic link between HR and Managers to achieve group goals. You will be the moral compass when business change is proposed and use your skills as a HR professional to ensure that managers follow best practice, minimising risk and promoting positive outcomes for the future. Further to this you will work as part of the overall HR team to provide a generalist HR service to all parts of the Group.

Our client recognise that people are at the heart of their business and that success is dependant on enthusiastic and committed colleagues. They make sure you feel supported and encourage a culture of opportunity and learning to enable colleagues to fulfil their potential.

In return for your commitment you can expect a competitive salary, generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme and employee discount scheme. As a responsible employer our client take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues seriously, and are currently implementing a comprehensive health and wellbeing programme.

Our client is committed to equal opportunities and diversity in all that they do and welcomes all applications.
