Your new role
This is a newly created 6 month contract either part or full time, working with the Group Head of Reward and Group Head of Pensions based at the Head Office You will support on a number of pension related projects. You will mainly focus on Hays GPPP, the new personal Annual Allowance, pension auto-enrolment contributions, and a review of legacy schemes, and the Defined Benefit Pension Scheme.

Work will include detailed analytical support, research, liaison and discussion with suppliers, and drafting employee communication, as well as some general administration regarding setting up meetings, invoice processing and travel arrangements.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will: Demonstrate a sound basic understanding of pension issues and have worked in a pension team ideally within a FTSE 250 organisation where you will be familiar with the structure, terminology and principles around pension issues e.g. auto-enrolment administration, annual allowance regulation changes, pensions salary sacrifice and defined contribution schemes. Be a highly competent user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint (advanced user desirable) and be very comfortable with analysing and manipulating data.
