HR Administrator job, Belfast, salary of up to £18000 depending on experience.

Your new company

An exciting opportunity has arisen in a well renowned car dealership company in the Belfast area. They are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a very busy HR department.

Your new role
The role will involve working alongside a team of HR Administrators, reporting into a HR Manager. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers within the company. In this role you will be heavily involved in the recruitment and selection which will involve setting up interviews, creating advertisements, issuing contracts and organise induction training for new starts. You will also ensure that employee records are maintained and kept up to date using an HR Management software.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have at least 1 years' experience working in an HR Administration role and have a good understanding of current HR issues. You'll have experience using various HR systems, have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills and have the ability to maintain accurate records.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive a salary of £15000-18000 per annum and have access to onsite parking.
