A fantastic opportunity has just become available for a HR Advisor to join a brilliant Education institute located in East London. The role is for 5 months initially, but is likely to last till the end of 2016.
In the role you will be providing effective advice and guidance, on people management matters including recruitment, employee relations, performance and attendance, in a timely and professional manner.
You will have sole responsibility for your own set ER casework, starting from the initial investigation through to writing the outcome report.
You will also interpret HR policies and procedures accurately, keeping abreast of changes in employment law and the HR environment, and contribute constructively to the review and development of HR policies and procedures.
For this role it is essential that you have previous experience of advising on complex ER casework, understanding of the full recruitment cycle and be CIPD qualified. Candidates should be available to start within 2 weeks.
