Management Development Partner
Reporting to the Head of Talent, Engagement and Leadership, you will partner with leadership and senior management teams to build and maintain management capability. As Management Development Partner you will lead on the leadership/management development of front line managers, evaluating, identifying and creating a variety of development interventions. Depending upon the requirement, you will create and deliver bespoke interventions or pull on the resources within the L&D to identify appropriate solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will be familiar in working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where a pragmatic approach and a belief in “keeping it simple” underlies all that you do. You will demonstrate the ability to influence at senior leadership level and have the gravitas to “make things happen”.
Based in Southampton with occasional overnight travel.
