Your new company
You will be a part of an exciting recruitment team based in Bracknell to assist the recruitment of support staff for an International Engineering organisation.

Your new role

You will act as a coordinator, ensuring that new positions received from hiring managers are correctly allocated to the right senior recruiter. Reworking, checking and posting roles on the careers website and external job boards to promote heightened applicant interest. More in-depth screening of candidates which have reached shortlist stage on specific roles, scheduling phone, SKYPE and face to face interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers in timely and accurate manner, both for UK national and International stakeholders. You will track and keep accurate records of any invoices associated with the wider Recruitment Team's activities and owning the process of all offer management.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous recruitment experience is desired as you will be supporting a senior recruiter with various live vacancies in the UK and Europe. You will be hard working, personable, professional and a team player.
