Your new role
You will be leading a team of training delivery officers, who deliver management development training to a wide range of audiences and via a range of mediums. As well as leading and developing your own team, you will have involvement in the full training life cycle, from training needs analysis, through to design, scope and delivery. A truly varied role, your training will cover a mix of classroom, e-Learning and one to one training - and part of your role will be working with stakeholders to identity which solution is best for them. In a role where no two days are the same, you could be managing teams that deliver training at sites across the UK and potentially Internationally!

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for experienced staff managers, who are also happy to be hands on and deliver training from time to time. You will be comfortable with all aspects of the training cycle and excel in leading and motivating your team. More importantly we are looking for people with the right attitude - you'll need to be a positive person with a great attitude.
As this role is UK wide, you will need to have a driving licence and be happy with travel and overnight stays.
