Experienced MI & HR Systems Manager with strong Oracle HR systems experience for leading construction company

This is an exciting opportunity to join one the the UKs leading construction companies in this pivotal role within the HR operations and working closely with the HR Directors to help set and develop the HR systems strategy for the future.

As the senior manager you will, along side the development of the systems strategy, work on delivering the most effective and efficient HR service through better use of systems across the business. Duties and responsibilities will include:

* Project Management of of key programmes within the HR Shared Services maintaining overall responsibility for system development.
* Manage, develop and oversee the day to day activities and tasks of the MI team.
* Manage Relationships with Internal & External Clients, including Senior Management
* Design and configure efficient business solutions, based on best practice and return on investment modelling
* Implement HR systems changes in line with business and legislative requirements
* Design and manage systems testing of new functionality prior to full role out across the business
* Manage the impact of new functionality on all 3rd party systems and interfaces
* Manage the configuration of structure within the system

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience of managing an HR Systems team; ideally within an Oracle HR Shared Services environment
* Strong knowledge of Oracle HR (iTrent is desirable)
* Previous experience of setting a strategy for an HR Systems team
* Strong understanding and knowledge of PRINCE 2
* Strong understanding of TUPE and Payroll processes
* Project management experience is essential
