I have a fantastic opportunity for a highly credible Interim Recruitment Partner to work as part of my clients high performing resourcing team

My client, a fantastic private sector business, who operate across the UK and Europe and are the leading player in their field. They are a fantastic business to work for and really care about their employees.

The Role

The Interim Recruitment Partner will deliver an effective Recruitment service to the business using a variety of direct sourcing models and also ensure that they offer exceptional candidate and client service by partnering with the senior stakeholders

Key Accountabilities

As the Interim Recruitment Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting for a high volume of corporate roles (approx. 40 at any one time)
  • Understanding job briefs and advertising roles via relevant job boards
  • Direct sourcing suitable candidates
  • Qualifying, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Work effectively with recruitment agencies and be able to negotiate competitive terms of business
  • Provide interview advice and support to line managers
  • Ultimately provide a high quality candidate service
  • Managing the offer and on-boarding process

Key Experience/ Skills

  • A highly experienced Interim Recruitment Partner
  • Experienced of working within a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong 360 recruitment experience
  • Comfortable dealing with a high volume of roles
  • The ability to manage, influence and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Previous experience of recruiting for commercial/ corporate roles

The Interim Recruitment Partner role is available on a 12 month FTC, with an immediate start available. Salary is to £30,000 - £35,000 + great benefits package
