I have a fantastic opportunity for Reward Officer to cover to join my client on a 6 month FTC

This is a highly prestigious, world- leading organisation with an acknowledged reputation for excellence. As the Reward Officer you will provide integral support to the Reward Manager relating to BAU and project activity

The Role

You will be to support the Reward Manager in a number of cyclical reward projects as well as providing BAU support to the organisation

Key Accountabilities

As the Reward Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Support of senior salary review process and implement changes
  • Support annual bonus review
  • Benefits administration, salary sacrifice benefits etc..
  • Working with third party benefits providers to maintain relationships
  • Benchmarking analysis using Hay
  • Completion of salary surveys
  • Reward analysis, driven by HR system

Key Experience/ Skills

  • A highly knowledgeable Reward Officer, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience of using Hay job evaluation would be beneficial
  • Excellent systems skills

The role is available on a 6 month FTC, with an immediate start available. Salary is to £25,000 - £28,000 plus additional benefits.
