Henlee Resourcing is working with this leading Bristol based Business to recruit a talented Reward Manager on a permanent basis.

The purpose or the role is to provide, manage and implement a competitive and substantial reward and benefits offering, ensuring the delivery of key reward processes which are in line with the objectives, taking into account the Global nature of the Business and therefore having an understanding of the differing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Project manage the annual renewal of staff benefits schemes, including private medical insurance, life insurance and permanent health insurance
* Manage the annual salary review process
* Day to day management responsibility for relationship with third party
* Work closely with the ER Manager to ensure smooth running of the helpdesk regarding reward queries
* Coach the ER advisors to ensure they are aware of new policies and trends and assist them in dealing with more complex reward queries
* Act as the expert of reward and to disseminate this knowledge across the HR Team
* Overall responsibility for ensuring that reward and recognition policies and practices meet the needs of the business and are implemented in a fair and consistent way
* Act as the owner of the bonus policy and manage the bonus schemes
* Ensure an up to date and accurate knowledge of the current salary market data to be able to provide this info to the business
* Provide input for salary surveys and ad hoc requests for salary data
* Devise and co-ordinate the Reward & Benefits strategy, including making recommendations / benchmarking
* Lead on reward projects including annual salary review, bonus, reward campaigns
* Input into the overall budget for reward and ensure expenditure is kept within budget
* Identify methods to reduce reward expenditure whilst not compromising on competitive advantage
* Overall responsibility for managing Group Income Protection Claims
* Overall responsibility for pension governance
* Responsible for reward analysis to provide analytical data in order for the business to assess the effectiveness of the reward strategy

Experience / Skill

* Qualified to a minimum of degree level or equivalent with previous experience of operating as a Reward Manager / Consultant for a minimum of 2 years, ideally commercial environment
* Highly IT literate with previous experience of working with HR reporting systems and excellent knowledge of Excel
* Excellent analytical skills
* Good coaching skills
* Commercial awareness and understanding of the drivers of business performance and profitability
* Be able to provide commercially viable and creative solutions in a timely manner
* Ability to build influential relationships with stakeholders across all elements of the business
