Recruitment Manager - Healthcare / Children's Charity
Our client is currently looking for a Recruitment Manager to join the People Team to focus on the hiring of bank and agency workers and self-employed contractors (non-staff workers), this is a 12 month maternity cover within the People team, reporting into the Director of People.
Location: Tadworth, Surrey
Full Time - 12 Month Contract
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
You will coordinate and manage the attraction, selection and compliance of bank workers, agency staff and non-staff workers across the charity. You will take responsibility for leading the organisation on these areas. You will work in collaboration with their business managers and People Team colleagues to ensure an effective and streamlined service.
