£40,000 - £45,000 or up to £300 Per Day

3 Month Contract

I have an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Interim HR Business Partner to support my client on an interim basis for approximately 3 months whilst they recruit a permanent solution

Based in central Wolverhampton, my client is an established brand who is a leader within their respective field

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR, the Interim HR Business Partner will be responsible for making and influencing key strategic decisions during a period structural and strategic change.

Key Accountabilities

As the Interim HR Business Partner you will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop key relationships in order to understand what the business needs from you from a HR perspective. Attending the SLT meetings, you will look at the strategic focus of your business unit in order to deliver a proactive HR service to your customer group. This role requires a hands on approach and someone who has strong employee relations experience. You will be required to travel to other sites as needed, approximately 2 days per week.

Key Experience/ Skills

  • A highly experienced Interim HR Business Partner with extensive generalist experience
  • Experience of working within a fast paced, commercial environment
  • Highly articulate and engaging, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced in embedding a HR Business Partner model within a business
  • Track record in managing change

The salary for this role is £40,000 - £45,000 + mileage allowance or up to £300 Per Day all inclusive. Although based in Wolverhampton, regional travel will be required. To be considered, you must be immediately available to start a new role
