Your new role
To Co-ordinate the issue, collection and verification of data for those involved in the TUPE transfer. You will be working closely with the HR Manager leading on the TUPE and provide support to employees and managers with related quires. You will work closely with the HR Administration team at the Shared Service Centre along with the HRM and HR Advisors to resolve any queries. You will take ownership for the accuracy and completeness of the employee data held within the HR System and ensure data integrity is maintained. Provide HR reports and stats as required. Complete project work to required standard within set time frames, and carry out any ad hoc tasks/duties which may reasonably be expected as requested by HR Manager.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be immediately available and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. It is essential you have had exposure to TUPE and ideally have SAP system knowledge. You will have had experience of HR Administration in a similar role, have impeccable attention to detail and excellent numeracy and verbal/written communication skills. You will also have a good track record of experience in a customer focused environment and be computer literate especially Word and Excel.
