Reward Analyst, Financial Services Up to £30000

Your new company
A national investment management firm with offices across the UK, requires a Reward Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As part of the Reward and Performance team, you will support the cyclical reward activities, including annual pay review, salary benchmarking, and variable pay. You will provide accurate data analysis to allow key decisions to be made.
You will have a good understanding of legislative requirements, and be involved in providing data for the gender pay gap reporting.
You will also be involved in wider reward and HR projects as and when required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be degree educated, and mathematical. You will have worked in a reward administrator position previously and be comfortable collating and coordinating management information using advanced level Excel.
