My client is looking to recruit a highly motivated,enthusiastic, and engaging Recruitment Coordinator to join a busy team in Bradford.
On a day to day basis, you will:

* Encourage the Recruitment team to achieve key performance indicators with the outcome of ensuring our services our fully staffed
* Be the first point of contact with managers regarding recruitment queries
* Lead on any recruitment conference calls
* Report on KPIs and provide information and statistics when requested
* Deal with vacancy requirements, advertising, arranging shortlisting and interviews
* Conduct all pre-employment checks ensuring all HR processes are completed in line with Company policy and procedure.
* Liaise with candidates, hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
* Liaise with payroll, co-coordinating employee inductions, appraisals, probation and other processes
* Use the company HR databases (full, comprehensive training will be provided)
* Attend and participate in meetings as required





* This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and as the Coordinator of a recruitment team, the ability to multi task and provide support and structure in a fast paced environment. The role is target orientated and you must enjoy & be motivated by kitting KPI's. It would suit someone who is perhaps from a recruitment agency background who doesn't enjoy the cold calling element but does enjoy the recruitment process.
