An Exciting job opportunity for a Permanent HR Administrator. This is a true generalist role, you will be part of a small HR team where you can learn and develop, this company will offer CIPD Sponsorship after a qualifying period.

Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-end employee life cycle including: Starters, leavers, offer letters, contracts, changes, you will be responsible for monitoring the probation period and monitoring sickness absence, you will be responsible for the end-end recruitment co-ordination process and sitting in on disciplinaries as a note taker if required.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a generalist HR Administration role.

What you'll get in return
