Job description

Conduct gap analysis of existing HR administration procedures to ensure legal compliance and to support our strategy to create a stimulating and rewarding place to work.
Produce management report, which focuses on improving the employee experience, and share recommendations for process improvements with the HR leadership team.
Working to a project plan and ensuring appropriate levels of collaboration with relevant stakeholders, implement process improvements which will achieve exceptional HR support to employees.
Create template documents to support all HR policies and procedures which are structured in a manner that helps to embed our culture and values.
Work with subject-matter experts and managers to design, develop, and implement a highly positive, innovative and welcoming on-boarding experience for all new hires.
Review our off-boarding process to ensure best practice and to ensure we appropriately utilise leaving questionnaires to improve employee engagement and retention.
Support the project lead to identify and deliver a standardised HRIS which provides the platform for the secure collation of employee data in accordance with local legislative requirements and enabling efficient support of people processes.
Collaborate with the interim payroll supervisor to harmonise and improve our payroll processes.
Lead project to centrally locate all personnel files (potentially electronically) ensuring compliance with Data Protection laws.

Experience required
*Have proven experience of successfully leading HR projects
*Strong stakeholder management skills.
*Excellent computer skills with a thorough working knowledge of Word and Excel. (Experience of Cascade HR would be an advantage).
*Ability to proactively identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
*Tenacity and resilience.
*Strong customer services ethos.
*Self-starter, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
*Action orientated and focused on delivery.
*Excellent attention to detail / accuracy of work with complete confidentiality.
