Senior HR & Training Officer

Your new company

Working for an establish and growing business with multiple sites you will be joining a developing HR team supporting the business across 2 major areas of the organisation.

Your new role

The Senior HR & Training Officer offers a number of support functions to the group ranging from generalist HR responsibilities, policy reviews, training and development, employee engagement, performance management and provide advice and guidance to line management.

You will be responsible for 2 sites and approximately 330 heads, working closely with management, assisting in recruitment, developing job descriptions, new starter processes, reviewing policies, co-ordinating training, delivering training, reviewing policies and developing the rewards programme.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of working within a similar HR capacity
Strong competency in using MS Office applications
Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified and above
Ability to travel when required
Strong team and people values
