The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Talent and Development Specialist to join our Birmingham based client, and help design and implement an effective people development process that will cover this thriving business of c.200 employees.

The Role

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will work with the HR Team to design and implement a new set of people development processes and tools ensuring that the intent of my client's values and beliefs are reflected at the core of these systems. This fantastic opportunity requires an innovative individual who has previously worked in the recruitment industry

Who you'll Be

* Excellent knowledge of the whole TNA process

*Good training and facilitation skills as well as knowledge of technology applied to Learning Solutions

*The ability to influence at all levels

*Experience of working in the recruitment industry

*An flexible individual who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve results

*A confident communicator who is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

* Must demonstrate focus and determination to achieve successful outcomes in alliance with excellent problem solving skills

*The ability to thrive within an ambiguous environment
