Hudson is representing a rapidly expanding enviable brand, who are market leaders in their industry, to recruit an HR Business Partner based in Milton Keynes with some travel to Northamptonshire. This role is initially offered as a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities will include:

* Managing and maintaining company policies - drafting new and updating existing
* Building a deep understanding of your business, it's strategic priorities and goals in order to align HR strategies with overall business goals
* Managing complex employee relations including long term sickness cases
* Driving engagement, ensuring the business nurture and develop talent at all levels
* Supporting manager to deliver organsisation design and change
* Build behaviours to establish credibility as a trusted business partner
* Providing HR advice and support on a diverse range of projects eg: employee survey, cycle to work scheme

To be successful you will have a track record supporting and developing high performance teams - the ability to shift between long and short term priorities - consistently demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels and be able to engage teams to lead them through the change agenda.
