Associate HR Business Partner
My client, a highly regarded Charity in Central London, is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner to bring their expertise to an extremely busy department.
Your role will be to assist your directorate in the provision of projects relating to Organisational Change and restructure as was a comprehensive HR Business Partnering service.
You will be a proactive and credible relationship builder who is used to dealing with senior managers on issues that are potentially sensitive.
You must have held a similar role in the past and be a very confident HR Business Partner able to hit the ground running in this highly demanding organisation. Previous line management experience is also desirable.
