Your job

We have a just registered an exciting opportunity for a HR generalist to join an international and rapidly expanding organisation with their HR team based in West Oxfordshire. In this role you will be supporting managers with generalist HR tasks and dealing with HR related matters.

Responsibilities will entail:

  • Making sure that processes are kept up to date
  • Managing the employees’ database
  • Managing employees’ training and development activities
  • General administration

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you will have gained some experience within HR and are now looking for a step up in responsibility, or you may already have generalist HR experience and are looking for a new opportunity. You will be an autonomous self-starter, an excellent problem solver, and the ability to build relationships quickly. It is desirable that you are CIPD qualified, and you are a fluent Spanish speaker.
