They’ve achieved their current position through a well-executed merger in 2015 which has led them to be one of the fastest growing top 50 legal practices in the UK.

Due to this current success and ambitious growth plans they are now looking for a Head of HR. Their ambition as a HR function is to support the goals of the business by building a high-performance culture, with strong engagement, and a reputation for developing talent at all levels. This newly created Head of HR will partner and challenge the business in a commercial and trusted manner, enabling them to achieve their goals and contribute to the ongoing success. Ideally, you’ll have experience of a similar people business that has undergone rapid growth through acquisition. You’ll have a positive attitude, able to take both operational and strategic responsibilities and be personally ambitious. Showing commerciality, confidence and professionalism, you’ll be used to managing and influencing highly intelligent people both individually and collectively.
- A background within a professional services environment will be an advantage
- Proven experience within M&A
- CIPD or equivalent
- Birmingham based with UK travel
