Your new role
you will be responsible for the design, build and delivery of Diversity solutions across the bank, UK wide. You will support employee networks, engage emerging talent and partner with CSR/sustainability to consider schools for diversity with the next generation in mind.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have extensive knowledge and interest in the current and future D and I priorities facing financial services, having managed similar projects in your previous role. You must have strong influencing and communication skills as well as strong stakeholder management. You must have functional knowledge of HR related processes and the ability to work to high standards and tight deadlines. It is preferable to have banking experience.
