The Talent Development team is responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality training and coaching to the operational businesses based in the UK, Ireland, Middle East and South Africa. We are now looking for a director to lead our team based in the UK and continue to drive our market-leading talent development and blended learning activities

The role of the Learning and Development Director in London will involve:

* Defining and driving a talent development strategy that supports the business in meeting its key objectives
* Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify training needs and provide innovative blended learning solutions
* Delivering high quality training, coaching and experiential learning to experienced consultants, managers and leaders
* Working alongside our digital instructional designers to create bespoke content to meet the needs of the business
* Leading and developing an experienced talent development team to deliver core and bespoke courses/workshops to a high standard
* Further evolving our talent development roadmap to ensure PageGroup remain market leaders in the support and training of our employees at all levels
* Working with other talent development directors in our global business to share content and best practice

Networking externally to identify technological advancement and trends in talent development that will benefit the business


Required skills and experience for the Learning and Development Director:

* Extensive management and leadership development including group delivery and coaching
* High quality training needs analysis in a commercial environment and business impact evaluation
* Management and leadership of talent development professionalsDesired skills and experience:

* Accreditation/qualification in personal development areas such as coaching or MBTI
