HR Project Manager
Morgan Law is working with a highly regarded public sector organisation that is looking for an HR Programme Manager to form an integral part of a wider change programme.
Your role will be to facilitate a large scale restructure, working with key stakeholders and providing HR advice and expertise to the business in areas such as organisational design, job evaluation, terms & conditions, TUPE, recruitment and any other change management related issue.
You will ensure that individual projects are brought together and any overlaps are addressed and that all stakeholders are aware of priorities and deadlines.
You will have excellent strategic project management skills, and must be an experienced senior HR practitioner, used to managing change programmes and dealing with ambiguity.
