Associate Director of Human Resources

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is the independent organisation responsible for providing national guidance and advice on promoting high quality health, public health and social care.

We are looking for an inspiring leader with a proven track record in strategic people management and organisational development to lead a talented HR team.

This is a pivotal senior role for NICE. You will be the professional head of HR in a fast moving political environment during a time of considerable organisational change. You will be a strategic thinker, able to contribute to the wider organisational strategy and bring innovation and creativity to the further evolution and delivery of the workforce strategy.

Further information is available via the NHS Jobs website, including the job description and person specification. If this role is of interest and you can clearly demonstrate the competencies outlined in the person specification, we are keen to hear from you.

Interviews will take place on 7th June 2017 in our Manchester offices.
