An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join an international organisation

Your new company
You will be working for an international company which operates in more than 100 countries worldwide, but you will based in the Bridgend division. You will be working alongside the friendly HR team and reporting directly to the HR Officer and HR Advisor.

Your new role
Within your new role, you will be responsible for all general HR administration duties. Working closely with the HR Officer and HR Advisor, some of your day-to-day duties will include planning and arranging meetings, maintaining HR databases, creating monthly reports and some elements of payroll. This is a permanent, full time position.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you will hold strong administration skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft office. You will be extremely organised and will thrive when working under pressure within a fast-paced environment. If you have experience within a similar role, this would be an advantage!

What you'll get in return
This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain credible experience within large organisation. You will be working 40 hours per week for a salary of circa £20,000.
