Your new company

Following a highly successful rebrand in 2012 and five years of sustained growth, my client is now embarking on a major transformation programme. They want to help more people in better ways, so are putting change at the heart of what they do, and need fantastic change practitioners to be part of it.

Your new role

The newly re-structured Change Team needs dynamic, experienced and passionate Senior Project Managers. This will be for a 12 month contract.
Reporting into the Change Delivery Manager, you'll lead on multiple complex projects/ workstreams within a
transformation programme and be responsible for delivering solutions which resolve business issues. You'll also support other Project Manager's on large scale projects. Key responsibilities include;
* Manage projects/workstreams ensuring deadlines are met and the team follow the change management framework and deliver quality outcomes.
* Work with the Change Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of projects and to provide support and mentoring to existing and new members of the team.
* Act as an initial point of contact both within and external to the Change team for general project management queries.
* Support the Change Delivery Manager to maintain and improve the charity's change management framework and implement best practice in the change delivery team.

What you'll need to succeed
You should have a proven experience of large scale business changes involving a high level of risk and impact. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to engage with and motivate people in support of project objectives.

Your application should also show;

* PRINCE 2 Practitioner,
* HR related professional qualification
* Experience of project management methodologies and planning tools (preferably MS Project)
* A methodical and organised individual with a demonstrable ability to initiate, manage and deliver projects of varying size and complexity
Candidates with experience of working within a, transformation programme, IT environment, or who have worked on HR/organisational change projects would be at an advantage.
