This is an exciting new opportunity for an Organisational Development Business Partner to join Herefordshire Council. The role will work alongside the Head of HR and OD to develop and implement the organisational development strategy for the Council.  You will also take the lead on the business partnering for the children’s directorate, leading the development and implementation of a workforce strategy.

To be successful you will be an experienced OD or HR practitioner with strong experience of change management programmes.  You must have the ability to create initiatives on employee engagement, talent management, succession planning and cultural change.

You will be values orientated, have strong stakeholder management skills, be solutions focused and have a collaborative style.

In return you will be given the support and freedom to put your ideas into practice.  We are a small team, where everyone’s contribution is noticed and this is a great opportunity for a future Head of HR to take a lead and make a difference.
