Your new company

An established and market leading construction organisation are currently seeking a skilled HR Manager to join a forward thinking growth organisation. Responsible for implementing a positive HR influence across the business and working with key stakeholders on a long-term company HR strategy.

Your new role

You will be responsible for working directly with the Managing Director on the senior management team, implementing all HR processes across the organisation. This will include working with all aspects of the business from the hands on operational HR responsibilities to forward and strategic planning to deliver growth and developing employee engagement.

You will be working within a stand- alone HR role and joining a growing business with plans to continue their expansion over the course of the next 24 months and doubling the business profitability.

What you'll need to succeed

HR Management experience
Stand-alone HR exposure
CIPD level 5 or above
Construction knowledge (desirable)
Strategic HR exposure along with operational HR experience
