Temporary HR Administrator job based in Epsom

Your new company
This global design, engineering and project management consultancy are looking for a temporary HR administrator on initially a 3 month basis to support the HR team and efficiently deal with all HR queries.

Your new role
You will be responsible for putting the customer at the centre of everything you do; establishing effective relationships with customers, by phone, email and chat, to provide an excellent customer experience. You will be required to understand the customer needs and consistently deliver a high professional HR service. You will have ownership of HR queries within the scope of the team and agreed hand-offs, effectively maintaining contact with the customer until their query has been resolved.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience of HR databases, case management systems or other bespoke databases. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential alongside resilience to remain calm under pressure and efficiently resolve any problems. It is desirable that you have previous experience within a face-to-face or telephone based customer service role. You will also be proactive in understanding the business and what other HR service lines do.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an hourly wage of £16-20 per hour depending on experience and also the opportunity to work for a globally known brand.
