You will be joining a professional, Government-owned organisation in Glasgow city centre. Your new role

You will be undertaking a 12 month contract as HR Project manager and will be reporting into the Director of Human Resources. You will contribute to the wider team to manage and lead the employee base, to deliver on objectives surrounding employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and compliance with employee engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring the strategy and model is implemented appropriately contributing to the wider organisation goals. You will take an active part in developing what this model looks like and will be responsible for risk management, budget monitoring and continuous reporting. This role requires excellent stakeholder management experience and you will be working closely with all functions across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

You should have experience managing HR projects and be able to work in an agile delivery environment. You will be self-motivated and be able to lead people and resources to achieve goals in line with budgets and timescales. You will be able to build strong relationships and will be a good negotiator. You will require excellent communication skills both written and oral and be confident presenting to a senior audience.

What you'll get in return

You will undertake a 12 month fixed term contract for an excellent organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. You will be offered a salary of £42,000 - £45,000 dependent upon experience. There is the option for flexible working and you will be working in a supportive environment.
