Senior Engagement and Wellbeing job in Edinburgh within Financial Services offering highly competitive package

Your new role

As a Senior Manager within the Engagement and Wellbeing Team, this is an exciting opportunity to define and drive the engagement and wellbeing plan across the UK. As an example, you will be responsible for delivering the Great Places to Work surveys and ensuring engagement and communication is open throughout the company. From this you will develop action places to ensure your organisation remains a sought after employer. You will take lead on the Wellbeing agenda, defining action plans and monitoring delivery and success across business units. A unique element of this role, will be supporting the delivery of charitable initiatives across the business encouraging the recognition of achievements out with job remits. This role can be based Edinburgh, Bristol or London and there is the option for home working however there is the expectation of travel between the three locations

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent knowledge and experience within Engagement and Wellbeing and be able to demonstrate success in past positions. You should have a passion for this area and be innovative and driven to better processes and be accountable for the work that you do. You will implement best practice and fully grasp and drive projects within the Engagement and Wellbeing arena
